Bekkenpartner

I was skeptical about another gadget, but the rechargeable aspect sold me—no batteries to hunt for. The app’s feedback finally made me realize I’ve been doing kegels wrong, and I can feel the difference in just a few weeks.

Three weeks in and the companion app's real-time feedback actually keeps me honest about my reps—I've stopped rushing through the exercises. The device itself feels comfortable enough to use while watching TV, which makes the daily habit way easier to stick with.

The rechargeable battery has lasted me over two weeks of daily sessions, which is way more convenient than I expected for something this small. The firmer design makes it feel substantial during use, and I can finally tell which muscles are actually engaging.
